From the last night observations it turns out:
The problem of the TP of band3,9X unstable is still there.

* replaced filter unit.
* interchanged converter with its neighbour in Bd4

night observation showed that the problem still occurs
Most probably the problem comes from the ADC/Sampler
Issue changed to 'progressing'
