Summary 0000273: The TP of 3X is unstable in all bands.
Description The TP of 3X is unstable in all bands, and it appeared at Lband and 6cm, intermittent.
  (maybe a bad connection of the cable? or the equalizer?)
Additional Information 20100630

To solve the TP of 3X dropped out around HA-80deg, the IF cable of 3X
had been changed to the reserved one yesterday.
