Summary |
0000255: Stfma gives no error messages if the skd2stfma vlbi conversion script runs into problems |
Description |
GB070W in session 2010-1: There was a special skd file for the wsrt because of our narrow fan-beam. This skd file had a duration of 24 hrs, but for the wsrt a lot of scans were beyond limits. The skd files for all the other stations contained 700 scans, but in the wsrt skd file scans 92-400 were skipped. In this case the conversion script stopped at 92 because it has a check:next scan=scan+1? Anyway stfma does not give an error message but does a conversion of the last skd file that was succesfully converted. This is a mean bug!!! Bob Campbell made a new skd file for us that contained all 700 scans, this saved us. We can do tests with the gb070bad.skd in /users/observer/vlbi. |
