(It seems the RTC is stuck and cann't track the source.)
Additional Information 20090618:
The position error of RTC had be solved on 16/06.
(But quite often we can still see the error message: position error of RTC.
We will trace and monitor this problem.)

20090622:
Quit often the error message, RTC position error, appears in the CtrlTCS.log.
Note: Most time the data of RTC are ok. But sometimes,e.g 10902954-10902956
(21/06) the cross correlations of CX*X,CY*Y have no Ampls.
