Summary 0000065: The phase unstable in some telescopes.
Description In the recent period it has been found that at Lband the phase is unstable
on RT3,4,9,A,C,D(maybe also RT2). Please look at 10804079,10804088,10804096,
the system had been tunned by using these calibrator observations, the phase
corrections jumped from +20/40deg to -20/40deg, then to +20/40deg again.
Additional Information The problem of the phase unstable on some RTs is still there.
If you look at 10804224 and 10804225, the phase changed about
20 deg on RTC,D only about half hour late(for the same calibrator
3C286). If comparing 10804225(3C286) with 10804227(3C147) there
are quite big phase change on RT3,4,9,C,D.
