0000046: Problem with STFMA frequency calculating in the observer account

Description

There is a problem with STFMA frequency calculating in the observer account. It looks like the glish or aips++ configuration files are not ok. STFMA can not find the proper IERS files. For tmsmgr the problem does not exist.

Additional Information

Last week (friday) there was a mutatation in the observer account environment to make the "Dipper" workable. Some .<files> were copied from an other account or deleted.
