Description About 1Y,6Y problem:
  At all frequencies and in all bands the TPs of 1Y,6Y is low before attenuating. It causes
  the ampls of cross correlations of 1Y*Y,6Y*Y are low. The problem may come from the equalizer.

As for 1Y, the equalizer replaced. Gain was 15 dB below spec.
As for 6Y, we checked the gain of the equalizer, but It seems to be a front-end problem.

Reassigned to myself.

Investigated the problem with 6Y again.

Beside some strange things that happened in the IVC (gain of 6Y was
back after switching the power supply in the rack off and on)
I checked the equalizer again and now it seemed that the gain was
indeed low.


Status to "resolved" after the problem disappeared in the observers log.
