Summary 0000404: The pointing offset on RT0
Description   At 3.6cm,6cm the cross correlation Ampls of 0X*X,0Y*Y are very low, and about
  70% normal ampls at 21cm, and about normal at 92cm. It seems to me that there
  is the pointing offset on the RT0. It happened before and now it appears again.
