 Diagnostics:

TP at IVC converter monitoring output is okay.
frequency at testpoint ADC/sampler = 0Hz!
Checked input power at ADC unit: is okay

=> sampler unit is defective.
Changed sampler unit on ADC board; now freq is kHz

changed status to "Testing"
