Summary 0000349: There is a problem at 13cm and 92cm on the RT4/MFFE-02(no TP both at X and Y).
Description There is a problem at 13cm and 92cm on the RT4/MFFE-02(no TP both at X and Y).
The prolem cannot be solved by replacing the LO-low in the MFFE-02 this morning.
Tomorrow the MFFE-02 will be replaced to solve this problem.
