Description There is an intermittent LO(or LO locking) problem on RTD/MFFE-12 at 1681MHz.
(The problem happened in 11100171,172,173. And it became ok after UT16:05,13/01
in 11100173. Harm-Jan: You could look at the mffed-d.log to get the detail messages.)

 Probleem waarschijnlijk ontstaan door defecte LO 180 MHz amplifier
in LO verdeelpaneel. Deze had een defecte voeding waardoor de 180 MHz
gemoduleerd werd met 100 Hz.
