Description MFFE07 in RTC gives no correlated data for 13 cm and 92cm.

The cross correlations of CX*X,CY*Y(MFFE-07) have no Ampls at 13cm and 92cm.
(The problem comes from the MFFE-07, the TPs of CX,CY are too low at 13cm,92cm.)
