Summary 0000286: Flush reports problems with multisubarray obs
Description At the end of an observation, all datasets are flushed and try to clean up diskspace. This causes problems. Change so that only flsuh that runs for subarray 0 executes disk cleanup actions.

 Changed scripts TMSFlushMS_wsrtpipeline and TMSFlushMS_wsrtinspection and put them into production. Follow progress for a while to see if problem is indeed solved.
