MaxFreqPoints=0 is fout; wop24 doet het wel goed (zelfde data...!)

 Retrieved MSinfo from CVS repository aips++/MSTools/MSinfo. This is a version that builds against casacore and works on wop24 with the data from the project that has to be exported.

Copied that to opsinspect, modified Makefile to build it locally and put it in the place of the MSinfo from aips++. Test export worked, so notified Raffaella that she can export her project now.

Unsure why the aips++ version failed at all.
