0000233: Sometimes wrong MFFE band in chosen when re-using an old observation in STFMA

Description

HvSG has made some changes in the order of MFFE bands in STFMA. Sometimes when an old observation is reused, it can happen that the MFFE band does not match the frequencies. This will be solved by HvSG in STFMA asap.

Additional Information

It appears that TMS doesn't select the 3.6 cm receiver properly anymore:
