Summary 0000186: The TP of BX is unstable at Lband(problem from jumper?).
Description The TP of BX(MFFE-09) is unstable at Lband.
(The problem seems from the MFFE-09 after comparing with the TP from the MFFE-09.)
Additional Information 20100228:
After the MFFE having been replaced on RTB, the TP of BX/MFFE-10
  is still unstable which happened at the beginning part of 12h observation
  (see 11001128).
  (The problem might come from the cable, the cable of the jumper?)
