It might come from the bad connection because the problem is still there after
replacing the equalizer.

About the AX TP unstable problem:
  It seems to me it is a bad connection problem(intermittent). In the week of
  Jan.04-10 it happened three times around HA-90deg(11000036,059,143). But in
  the week of Jan.11-17 it didn't appear.
