0000174: About the problem of "Timeout"

Description

The "Timeout" problem happened twice, on 30/09(UT15:33-15:55) and 01/10(UT17:19).
For the problem on 30/09 I Stopped the observation, rebooted the DZB and then
restarted the observation. For the problem on 01/10 I just stopped the observation,
stopped the CtrlDZB and started the CtrlDZB again, then restarted the observation.
(Teun: You could look at what happened on 30/09. The problem happened just at the
beginning of one 12h observation. The system tried to handle the problem to restart
the CtrlDZB several times but it failed.)

CtrlDZB time out again at Sunday 2009-11-29 14:40:30. After manual DZB reboot ok again. (Instrument PUMA-both L-band 8 bands) Geert.

Hi Harm,
I think this problem should be assigned to Teun firstly. If it is caused by
some problem in the hardware then it should be assigned to Hans Weggemans.
