To track the problem of Band5,9Y(9Y*Y Ampls unstable), the whole IVC unite of
band5 had been swapped with band6 yesterday. Now there is something new on
Band5,9Y. There is very strong local RFI on Band5,9Y9Y(only at 92cm), which
causes the attenuator=31 and the Ampls of 9Y*Y low.
