Summary

0000109: The TP of DX(MFFE-13) is unstable.

Description

Till now it appeared in Lband observations.
To trace and locate the problem some test observations
have been scheduled on tomorrow morning.

20090304:
About the TP of DX(MFFE-13) is unstable at Lband
Till now it only appeared at Lband. So it could be a problem from the
MFFE-13. We will trace this problem to make sure what the problem is.
