Summary 0000057: RT0: Position Error in HA
Description Sometimes during an observation there were some positionerrors in HA.
There was een Error > 15 milli degrees (seen in the telctl-env), during
observation 10803731 - 10803743.
Also when no observation was running we could see that the RT had problems
to remain on the position and continiously the RT had to trim to his restposition.

 Remark of JPR:
The declination slewspeed is lower in the south than the north direction.
Maybe and leakage in the lightning transorber.
