0000188: Daily update of IERS tables sometimes fails

Description

There is daily update of the IERS tables. THis sometimes fails because ftp connections to the sites where the raw data is retrieved from are disconnected. The script that does this has to be made more robust against this (i.e. try severeal times.

Additional Information

Risk:

If an TMS bootup with iers update is done after one of the tables was not collected properly, there will be wrong tables in the online system.

(0000242) Arno Schoenmakers 03-02-10 15:35	I have replaced the glish-based update with the new casacore based update scripts of W. Brouw. Also, I added some tests that should tell if the updated tables are not broken. Deployed on wop24 (tmsmgr cron job) and now running.
